Sustainability
In an effort to decrease the carbon footprint Rosebank Mall has embarked on a solar project, which will see the mall become less reliant on municipal electricity. Phase 1 consists of 1- megawatt AC systems and the project is expected to generate 9,918 000 Kw/h.
Social Commitments
Rosebank Mall is a firm supporter of community and entrepreneurial initiatives and projects. Rosebank Mall supported initiatives such as Shoe Shine, I Was Shot In Joburg, Angels In Blue, Santa’s Shoe Box, and the Zinto Zinhle Project, just to mention a few. Through our partnership with Hyprop Foundation, we are looking forward to supporting more initiatives that have a positive contribution to the community.
