Our Information Kiosk is located on Level 2 with access from all mall entrances. Our operating hours are from:
Mondays to Thursdays: 9am - 6pm
Fridays: 9am - 7pm
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays: 9am – 5pm

Gift Card Sales
The Rosebank Mall Gift Card is an ideal gift for everyone. These Gift Cards can be purchased from the Information Kiosk in any denomination. Balance enquiries can also be done at the Information Kiosk.
Lost Property
All lost property is handed over to Security and recorded in the register. Security is situated on Level 1 – next to Centre Management Offices and can be accessed from Bath Avenue.
