Wheel Chair Hire
In an effort to provide a convenient shopping experience we have wheelchairs hire available to shoppers needing this service. These wheelchairs are available from Security, which is situated on Level 1 – next to the Centre Management Offices.
Designated Parking
There are designated parking bays on all parking levels and next to every entrance.
Bathrooms
There are disabled bathrooms on all Mall levels:
Level 1 - Next to Cinema Nouveau
Level 2 - Next to Standard Bank and opposite Truworths
Level 3 - Next to Jet Store and next to Sportsman’s Warehouse
Level 4 - Entrance 3
Accessibility
Rosebank Mall is disability friendly with all entrances configured with ramps. There are lifts on all levels leadings to the anchor tenants.
